Alexa just started dance class again. She loves it and is very good at it.

Mason helped me take pictures of this cute kitty yesterday. He loves animals and climbing trees.

Halloween 2010

Halloween is my favorite holiday. We made carameled apples...they were soooo good! Ty was a punk, Cody was a caveman, Mason a pirate and Alexa a kitty. Ken and I were jailbird and policewoman.

LOB 2010

Here is the cast of this years Broadway show. It was A LOT of work! We took the show to Alamo this year and had a great audience. We are also contemplating going to Ely still. Cody was a techy again this year. Thanks to everyone who came to watch and those that helped make it a success. Will i direct again? Its sort of like having a baby, give me a little time to forget the struggles/drama and then i'm sure i'll say yes.

First day of school

Of course Tyler wouldn't get in the picture...but hey, here are the other kids. Cody 6th, Mason 3rd, Alexa kindergarten. Alexa has been sooooo excited to start and is loving it!

California trip

Here are a few picts from our trip to California. We spent two days at the beach and one at the zoo. The kids loved boggie boarding at the beach. We rented a 8 person bike and drove along the beach for an hour. It was a blast! Lots of good memories and fun times.

Hot air balloon festival

Our family went to the Panguitch hot air balloon festival a couple of weeks ago. We met my friends the Reeves there and Adam and I had a hayday taking pictures! It was so much fun! The kids even got a short ride in a balloon. Here are just a few picts from our trip.

I guess its time for an update...Ken is working at the youth center teaching PE. Tyler spent a few days up at his Thornock grandparents and then went to scout camp for a week. He wants to go back to Ely for another week or two. Cody just finished baseball. (finally!) and is looking to just hanging around. Mason has been working hard at getting his wolf scout badge and is very close. Alexa has learned to play some computer games and is loving playing. I have been very busy with lots of projects. I am director of Little off Broadway and also in the production. I am making a quilt which will be from mostly recycled fabrics and also include a ton of stitched pictures from pictures my kids drew when they were little. Also been very busy on the ambulance and with my 4h photography class.
We are planning a little trip to San Diego to play at the beach and go to the zoo. I will be hiking to Havasupie falls in august and possibly doing a half marathon the weekend after that. Whooh! busy busy!

"Allstars"

The allstar team just got back from Battle Mnt. They took 2nd place again. Cody loved the uniform. He was so excited to get to have his last name on the jersey! Way to go Cody. and way to go LC!

boys!

This month has been super busy. Mason and Cody are playing baseball. Mason is on the minors team and Cody is on the majors. They both love to pitch and their skill are improving. Ty is loving his 4wheeler riding. These are up at the sand dunes.

Dance recital

Alexa and I had our first dance recital. We have been taking dance for about 8 months. She got to preform 5 dances and I danced in 2 with 6 other adults. Alexa learned tap and ballet and her teacher says she is a natural. She especially loves ballet.
I learned tap and was surprised at how hard it was. But super fun too. After the show, alexa saw a few little girls get flowers and she was very upset that she didn't get any. So we went home to the front yard and cut our prettiest tulip for her and then she felt better.
