Enterprise volleyball

Here is our team from the Enterprise tournament we just played in. We played sooo good! And we had a blast! This is such an awesome group of ladies! We recently installed a new defense and it is so fun and works so much better. Thanks Ken for your help.

Progress

Here's the progress on the patio. Ken has been working HARD!

Birthday boy

Mason just turned 8! Hurray! He got his own set of scriptures, some lego's and a BIG sort of bouncy ball. Love you Mason. Hope you had a great day!

Unicycle

We are all trying to learn to ride the unicycle. Tyler and Cody are doing pretty good. I am getting better and Ken and Alexa are not suceeding very well. I decided to learn to ride so that next year at the 24th of July parade, I could dress as a clown and ride the unicycle. My brother said he would learn to walk on stilts and he's be a clown too. My friend Marie is learning too. I crashed the other day. That is the picture of my bruised leg. The wall in the hall looks about the same. Whoops. I haven't broken the news to Ken yet...so Honey, if you're reading this...sorry about the hole in the wall down the hall.

Breakfast tea party?

Here is Alexa eating breakfast. Yes, she is in a cooler. Weird, but sooo Alexa. I guess that is the beauty of being a kid. If I were to do that, I'd be put into the funny farm.

Patio

We've officially started the patio. Yea! Hopefully it will be done for Mason's baptism.

Here Chicky Chicky

Here are our chickens. We are loving them. Alexa named her chicken Emily (the white one.) We all love checking for eggs, especially Alexa. And weird as it sounds, I enjoy hearing their chickeny noises. Its just so darn cute! Maybe the only thing I don't like about them is their greedy attitude when I throw bread scraps in to them. That really bothers me. So if you walk by my house and see me giving a lecture to the chickens, you'll know why! :)

Sand Hollow Reservoir

We took a little trip over to Sand Hollow Reservoir this weekend. It was TONS of fun. We went with one my favorite people in the world and friend from high school-Adam. We got to know his wife and family. Mel is feisty and
independent (just the way I like women!:)) and his kids are very sweet. They taught the kids to knee board, which Cody couldn't get enough of and taught me and Ken to surf. It was totally wicked! Thanks Reeves family for a great weekend!

Introducing Lucy McGillicuty!

Here's LUCY! We are so glad she has finally arrived. She is sooo cute. She has black hair and she weighs 10 pounds 2 oz. Her squeal is so adorable too! We are trying to get her to be a little more friendly. Right now she just runs away from us. She loves fruit. In 6 months I am going to find a boy pig for her to marry and then they will have piglets and then.....Lucy will be bacon. I know, I know, it's harsh but that's life.

Cody's 4H projects

We are having the fair this weekend so....Cody's projects received their judgement. He received a first place on his pajama bottoms and a first place and grand champion on his portfolio and on his mounted 8x10 he received a first place and judges choice. For the last picture I asked him how he felt...and as they say...a picture is worth a thousand words. Great job Cody!

Ty's Bday

Tyler is officially 14! Yea! We went to St. George for lunch, Harry Potter and to get him his birthday present...A Cell Phone. He has wanted on for about 10 years now. He is very excited! Happy Birthday Ty! Love you tons!

Dinner at the sand dunes

Last night we went to the sand dunes for a cookout. We roasted hot dogs and made smores. We took the four wheelers and rode even after dark. Sat around the fire and chit chatted under the moon. In a small town, you just have to make things to do.
